Shani Rich is a young Afro-Caribbean woman, with over 11 years experience working in the cosmetics industry. In 2020 being dissatisfied with the disinclusion of shades for women of color, she decided to launch her own cosmetic line catering to consumers of all colors. Known for wearing her infamous "Signature" nude glossy lip, she started a brand with 10 exclusive shades of lipgloss. Shani's vision is to create a line of beauty products that leaves no one left behind.
